Facilities / Technician Utilities Employee (m/f/d)

Including on-call standby (usually 1 week/month)

Your assignment:

• You are responsible for the control, monitoring, and commissioning of supply systems.
• You repair, maintain, and carry out corrective maintenance to ensure the optimal functionality of the systems.
• You independently perform regular inspection rounds and checks in accordance with TA 00060.
• You monitor compliance with specifications and initiate appropriate countermeasures in the event of deviations.
• You obtain and compare cost estimates for external repairs.
• You monitor inventory levels for maintenance materials and submit proposals for ordering.
• You plan, coordinate, and implement improvement and optimization measures in close consultation with your supervisor.

Your Profile:

• You have completed technical training in mechatronics, HVAC (heating, plumbing, refrigeration), plant mechanics, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in a similar environment is desirable.
• You possess good knowledge of control technology and pneumatics, as well as basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• You work responsibly and independently and have a strong hands‑on mentality.
• Good written and spoken German skills round off your profile.
