Facility Management Engineer (m/f/d) - PUSD

As a Facility Management Engineer, you will play a key role in establishing and managing Facility Management services for ESMC’s office environment. You will be responsible for selecting, implementing, and managing external service providers while ensuring high-quality workplace services and positive employee experience.

You will be part of ESMC’s Facility Management team, supporting the development and management of workplace and facility services across ESMC’s growing operations in Dresden.

1. Degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
2. 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or a similar environment
3. Experience managing external service providers and service contracts
4. Experience in office building operations and workplace services
5. Technical understanding of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, water, or building automation systems
6. Fluent German and English skills
