Facility Management Operations (m/f/d)

Aufgabe

• Steer and monitor FM service performance (KPIs & SLAs)
• Manage and control external FM service providers
• Check maintenance activities, identify operational risks and initiate corrective actions
• Steer and control technical FM projects on time and within budget
• Track project progress, risks, and compliance (quality, safety, regulations)
• Support budget forecasting and cost control (OPEX/CAPEX), including optimization measures
• Ensure compliance with FM operations, safety, and internal requirements
• Support audits, reporting and performance reviews

Qualifikation

• Degree in FM, engineering, business, or similar
• Experience in technical FM operations
• Experience in project management within FM
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Structured, proactive, and stakeholder‑oriented mindset
