Together with the powerful 4-person team, you will ensure that our facility services are efficient, reliable and service-oriented. This is how you bring structure, service and good vibes to our everyday lives:* At reception and on the phone, you are the first voice and the first smile for guests, employees\* and suppliers* You have the postal service under control — nothing is lost, everything arrives* You coordinate administrative and organizational issues confidently and keep track of things even when there are many balls in the air* You manage access, badge and key management reliably and in a structured manner* Coordinate suppliers, meeting rooms, office infrastructure and furniture so that everything is in the right place at the right time* You actively support relocations, renovations and smaller projects — and if necessary, get involved yourself* Manage pool vehicles, fuel cards and e-charging stations efficiently and proactively* You administer mobile devices and pragmatically support internal IT in day-to-day business* You will be able to smoothly manage the entries and departures of employees\** You keep an eye on operational health, audits and ISO topics and provide support where it counts**That's why you fit in with us** * With a KV degree or equivalent education, you have a solid foundation — ideally supplemented by continuing business education* You have already gained your first professional experience in a comparable position* You are confident in German and English — both written and orally* With Office365, you work routinely and efficiently* Through your well-groomed appearance and your friendly, winning manner, you leave a positive impression* Even in hectic situations, you remain reliable, structured and resilient* You enjoy working in a team, have a sense of humor and get involved where support is needed## Job Benefits### Flexible working environment### * Pool vehicles and fuel cards available* E-charging stations* Mobile devices provided
