Facility Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead all facility-related responsibilities and security operations across the organization
• Oversee facility management, leasing, and compliance
• Manage personnel clearances, secure facilities, and physical security programs
• Ensure compliance with all government security requirements and regulations
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement improvements

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with willingness to obtain SCI clearance (company-sponsored)
• Experience in aerospace and/or defense industries
• Strong understanding of facility management principles
• Knowledge of government security regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Certifications & Qualifications

• Top Secret (TS) clearance
• SCI clearance
