Family Advisor – In Training

Stellenbeschreibung:

Lead the resident recruitment process by establishing and cultivating relationships with prospects and their families
Identify individual candidates' needs
Develop and maintain internal and external marketing strategies
Build referral sources and community relationships
Maintain occupancy levels
Track and trend resident movements
Serve as the central point of contact for prospective residents
Manage the admission/assessment process in collaboration with the community management team

Requirements

Superior communication skills with the ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
Ability to communicate a clear vision of the community and its services
Dependable and punctual with a professional, competent demeanor
Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older person
Recognition of common signs/symptoms of dementia
Strong customer service skills and telephone marketing skills
Adaptability, flexibility and focus on meeting the needs of prospective residents and their families
Team and business partner skills
Degree in marketing or human services field preferred
Prior experience in marketing to seniors, sales, senior housing, long-term care insurance, hospitality or an appropriate healthcare/personal care background preferred
Proven track record of marketing/sales results
Outgoing personality, superior communication skills and strong customer service orientation required
Neat, clean appearance and positive, cheerful attitude
Clean driving record and valid state-issued driver's license
Local travel required
