FDX Manager (Fully Remote)

• Lead a deployed team of five to eight Forward Deployed Experts inside a top-20 general contractor account.
• Carry field work yourself in a player-coach role and own team deployment across regions.
• Partner closely with the Program Manager on overall plan and KPIs. Travel up to 40%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, coach, and lead a team of five to eight FDX, staying hands-on and setting standards.
• Allocate FDX across customer regions against clear adoption targets and manage coverage as it ramps and tapers.
• Ensure consistent methodology and contribute to the shared playbook for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience including people leadership with construction operations background and AI fluency.
• Experience leading field, deployed, or turnaround teams; professional-services or consulting leadership a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management across customer and internal teams.
