Site Engineer / Supervisor (m/f/d) – Power Cable Installation

International Power Cable Manufacturer – German Branch

A leading global technology company specializing in power cable systems is managing multiple large-scale energy infrastructure projects across Germany. Our German branch is seeking qualified professionals to support field execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to oversee the installation of high-voltage power cables on construction sites. In this role, you'll coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with technical and quality standards, and support the execution of time-critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise HV cable installation work conducted by subcontractors on-site
Monitor quality, safety, and technical compliance throughout the installation
Maintain accurate site records and daily installation logs
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and technical teams on installation matters
Support schedule tracking and onsite coordination
Report progress and issues to the Project Operations Manager
Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

Fluent in German and English , both spoken and written
Solid understanding or hands-on experience with high-voltage cable installation
Valid EU driver’s license and willingness to travel to construction sites

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of CAD for reviewing technical drawings
Experience with MS Project or similar project scheduling tools
Familiarity with HV land cable systems and construction procedures
