Field Marketing Manager – EMEA

• Independently plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across the EMEA region
• Work closely with Sales as a key strategic partner, with a direct impact on sales performance
• Coordinate with Content and Marketing Operations to deliver campaigns
• Own generalist marketing activities, with a focus on event and partner marketing
• Actively help shape the marketing structure and processes as part of the team’s ongoing realignment

Requirements

• Experience as a hands-on marketing generalist with a high degree of initiative and a pragmatic, execution-focused approach
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and take ownership in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and a good understanding of stakeholder management
• Experience working closely with Sales
• No deep specialist expertise required; willingness to adapt quickly to changing topics and responsibilities
• Fluent German and English
