We’re now scaling our presence in the DACH region and are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to own and drive our go-to-market presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You’ll join an already established DACH team with early customers and active pipeline, working closely with local country leadership, a dedicated central marketing squad (including a Content Specialist), and founders who spent over a decade in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan before building Embat.

Your Mission

This isn’t a digital generalist role. You won’t be managing Google Ads or writing blogs. Your mission is to get German CFOs and Treasurers into the room with our sales teams.

As our Field Marketing Specialist , you will own the offline DACH marketing strategy and event budget end-to-end. You are a highly organized, execution-driven leader on the ground, delivering high-impact physical experiences from large-scale industry congresses to intimate executive dinners, that build trust with finance leaders and drive real pipeline for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute our offline DACH marketing and events strategy, managing a dedicated local budget optimised for pipeline and ARR impact.
• Plan and run monthly offline event formats (proprietary roundtables, exclusive VIP dinners, and major industry trade shows) from initial venue sourcing to post-event lead routing.
• Adapt Embat’s tone for the DACH market, ensuring our offline presence sounds precise, credible, and locally resonant without losing our core identity.
• Scout and secure high-value presences at major finance congresses, local treasury meetups, and offline networks to expand our physical footprint.
• Identify and manage regional award submissions and local PR opportunities to strengthen Embat’s positioning in the region.
• Master our Ideal Customer Profile (CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers) to continually sharpen our targeting and messaging.
• Design targeted offline experiences that help the sales team break into target accounts and advance high-value mid-market deals.

Who You Are

You’re ambitious, highly organised, and commercially minded. You love the energy of live events and thrive on orchestrating flawless physical experiences.

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, event management, or tech corporate hospitality.
• Previous experience within Fintech, Next-Gen Finance, or ERP ecosystems is a huge plus.
• Strong project management skills. You are organized, data-driven, and effortlessly track event ROI.
• Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to adopt AI tools to maximise daily operational efficiency.
• Deep understanding of the cultural nuances and precision required when hosting German CFOs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive working independently and taking initiative, but value seamless teamwork.
• Native German speaker, confident and professional in English.
