Your role

Planning and coordinating service calls (maintenance, repairs, installations) for field service technicians in the EMEA region in close collaboration with our customers
Efficient scheduling, including spare parts management and monitoring of transportation and delivery processes
Creating and processing service orders, including complete documentation
Responsibility for customs-related processes, such as declaration procedures and the preparation of export accompanying documents
Solution-oriented customer management and support for complaint management
Collaboration with field service technicians, international customer care departments, as well as customers and service providers
Supporting continuous improvement processes and contributing to reporting, KPI analyses, and capacity planning

Your profile

Completed business administration training or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
Experience in coordinating service calls, route planning in an international environment, or personnel scheduling is desirable
Proficiency in MS Office 365 is required; knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
Very good written and spoken German and English
Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable approach to work
Customer focus, ability to work well in a team, and ability to operate effectively in an international environment
