Field Quality Engineer (IV)

In this role you will enhance service quality and equipment reliability across the installed base, acting as a bridge between field service, engineering, quality, and customers. You’ll lead root-cause investigations, drive corrective actions, and foster continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. The position offers exposure to global quality programs and opportunities to shape product and service excellence. • Analyze service data, customer feedback, and equipment performance trends to identify quality improvements
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for recurring issues
• Collaborate with field service, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier/customer quality teams to resolve complex problems
• Improve service documentation, lessons learned, and knowledge assets for effective troubleshooting
• Develop and track quality metrics, dashboards, and action plans to drive continuous improvement
• Support customer escalations with structured problem solving and technical analysis
• Promote knowledge reuse and best practices across the organization
• Support product introductions, ramp readiness, and field reliability improvement initiatives
• Foster a quality-centric culture and first-time-right execution within the field organization
• Encourage internal candidates with field quality experience to apply

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5+ years in quality or field service engineering, manufacturing, or related technical role
• Experience leading root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority
