Field Sales Representative Bavaria (Home Office) – Industrial Repair services

Overview

Our client is an internationally active, family-owned industrial company that has been experiencing strong growth for more than 60 years. The company supports industrial customers in the maintenance of their equipment — both in-house and directly on customer sites.

Location: Home office with flexible location anywhere in Bavaria

Role: Highly sales-driven position with strong field presence (approx. 4 days/week on the road)

Responsibilities

• Actively develop and expand your customer portfolio (SMEs and large industrial accounts)
• Strong focus on new business acquisition (hunting) and business development
• Direct involvement in operational sales with a focus on fast, recurring sales cycles (similar to technical distribution / industrial services)
• Develop and sell technical solutions tailored to customer needs
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Closely coordinate and communicate with internal teams
• Participate in trade fairs and customer presentations

Qualifications

• Initial relevant experience in technical sales / field sales or industrial services sales (minimum 2 years)
• Experience in an environment with fast-paced, volume-driven sales cycles (e.g. technical distribution, electrical wholesale, or industrial services)
• Strong hunter mentality and sales-driven mindset
• Enjoys a highly field-oriented role (approx. 4 days/week visiting customers)
• Ability to independently develop and manage a customer portfolio
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
• Good command of MS Office and CRM systems
• Fluent German and good English skills
