Our Core Areas:
- Softlines: Testing, inspection, and certification services for textiles, clothing, footwear, leather goods, and other consumer products.
- Hardlines: Safety and quality testing for household goods, toys, furniture, sports equipment, tools, and DIY products.
- Electrical: Testing and certification of electrical and electronic products, from household appliances to industrial control systems.
- Solar & Commercial: Quality assurance and certification of photovoltaic modules, inverters, and commercial technical installations.
- Medical: Comprehensive testing and certification for medical devices, from diagnostic equipment to implants, including regulatory consulting.

Compensation Data
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 and reflects factors such as years of experience, relevant expertise, and overall qualifications.
Job Description
- Meet and exceed sales targets for order income and revenue.
- Develop and maintain a customer focus list with the Area Sales Manager.
- Identify customer needs and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts when required.
- Generate new leads and convert assigned leads from marketing and other channels.
- Conduct customer visits and attend industry events.
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships to grow loyalty and expand service offerings.
- Recover lost customers and protect critical business through regular engagement.
- Document all activities in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Ensure timely, high‑quality quotations and follow up with customers.
- Lead final negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Support cash collection for unpaid or overdue invoices.
- Serve as a contact for cross‑Business Function/Business Stream inquiries.
- Monitor market trends and competitors; conduct sales analytics.
- Participate in regular sales reviews and support annual sales planning.
Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Safety, EMC, IoT/Wireless, or International Approvals.
- 5+ years of experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) or related field.
- Strong preference for candidates with TIC experience selling to Medical or Life Sciences accounts.
