Field Service Engineer Bonder (m/f/d)

In this role you support and train customers while ensuring SUSS machines meet the high standards of the semiconductor industry. You will work in a clean-room, high-precision environment and travel globally to install, diagnose, and service equipment. You’ll collaborate with customers to resolve issues and improve system performance, contributing to reliable production and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on, service-forward position in a global, tech-driven company.

• Install, troubleshoot, and commission equipment at customer sites
• Perform maintenance and repair work on SUSS systems worldwide
• Train customer personnel on operation and functionality of systems
• Provide remote assistance by phone for urgent issues
• Conduct mechatronic and electrical analyses to identify and resolve faults

• Vocational training in Mechatronics or Electronics
• Experience in technical service supporting national and international customers
• Ideally, initial experience with SUSS equipment and systems
• Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and control systems
• Willingness to travel worldwide (~80%)
• Very good German and English language skills
