Field Service Technician Senior - Automotive (Fully Remote)

• Provide advanced on-site and remote technical support for automotive customers and service teams.
• Work independently while partnering with engineering and marketing teams.
• Significant travel (up to 75%) across the Southeast US.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles, deliver technician training, and provide remote support via phone and email.
• Investigate complex technical issues and support engineering initiatives by gathering product data.
• Prepare service reports, document activities, and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of automotive technician experience, or degree with 4 years.
• Experience with LPG/CNG, OBD-II diagnostics, and electrical schematics.
