Field Technician Apprentice (m/f/d)

Join our Field Technician Apprenticeship, where youll gain hands-on experience working with the infrastructure that powers global connectivity. From day one, youll be part of a three-year training programme to become an IT Systems Electronics Technician, working across different teams and learning how international networks, data lines, and data centres operate.

Who are we looking for?

You should have a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife or higher ) and a strong interest in technology and hands-on work. You must be fluent in German, with good English language skills and a willingness to develop them further.

What youll be doing:

Working in our Operations & Engineering function, youll support the delivery and maintenance of Colts network, gaining practical experience across a range of technical activities.

Youll also be responsible for:

• Supporting the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Assisting with the delivery and installation of customer services and network upgrades
• Providing support to internal teams including service delivery, service assurance, and engineering
• Learning about different data transmission technologies and network systems
• Gaining exposure to project preparation and working across different departments
