We are looking for you to join our team in the In Store Experience Department at our Store in München as a Field Visual Merchandiser & Brand Activation Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your role in the Wolfpack:

Field Visual Merchandising

• Translate and execute seasonal VM guidelines across stores, adapting product presentation to local assortment, space and commercial needs while maintaining brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits, assess VM execution and commercial presentation, identify opportunities and implement corrective actions together with store teams.
• Personally implement, adjust and troubleshoot VM execution in stores, not solely brief or supervise store teams.
• Support new store openings, refurbishments and seasonal floor changes.
• Coach and influence store teams on VM standards and commercial product presentation without direct line-management responsibility.
• Provide clear VM feedback, follow-up and documentation to ensure sustainable execution.

Brand Activation

• Plan and execute local consumer events, community initiatives and brand activations in collaboration with stores and Head Office.
• Identify and build relevant partnerships with local organisations, communities and businesses.
• Coordinate activation logistics, partners, store teams, materials and on-site execution.
• Support local content capture and social communication around store and activation activities.
• Gather participant feedback and activation results and share learnings and best practices across regions.

Training & Communication

• Train and coach store teams on seasonal VM execution and visual standards.
• Support showroom installations and relevant seasonal campaign implementation.
• Report key VM observations, opportunities and activation results.
• Collaborate closely with the central VM team, Retail, Marketing and store teams.

What you bring:

• Professional hands-on Visual Merchandising experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial product presentation, seasonal VM execution, product storytelling, colour and visual standards.
• Comfortable coaching and influencing store teams and translating central VM direction into strong local execution.
• Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working independently in the field while actively incorporating feedback and direction from the central VM team.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stores, stakeholders and activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel extensively and spend a significant proportion of working time in stores.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Multi-store or Field Visual Merchandising experience.
• Experience coaching or training store teams on visual standards and seasonal execution.
• Experience within outdoor, sports, fashion, footwear, accessories or other product-led lifestyle retail.
• Experience with store openings, refurbishments and seasonal floor-set implementations.
• Experience planning and delivering local brand activations, community initiatives, events or strategic partnerships that create consumer engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign.
• Phtography, content creation or social media experience is an advantage.
• Field-based role with frequent travel and regular on-site store execution; this is not a remote position.
