Fieldwork Coordinator, Resource Manager – Nordic Market

• Find and match the right people to the right projects
• Ensure completion of shop visits and monitor rates
• Recruit new evaluators for ongoing projects
• Schedule mystery shopping visits according to project guidelines
• Assist in project completion and budget adherence
• Perform mystery shop visits as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language (Swedish or Danish)
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage and organize tasks independently
• Result oriented and responsible
