Finance Accountant – Payment Transactions

Tasks

• Manage daily payment transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Reconcile bank accounts and payment records.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
• Resolve payment and invoice discrepancies.
• Support treasury and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Work closely with finance and internal teams.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Payment Processing, AP/AR, Cash Management, and Financial Accounting .
• Experience with DATEV, Addison, ERP, or similar accounting software .
• Knowledge of payment management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• German language proficiency (C1/C2) is mandatory.
