- You will independently handle administrative and organizational tasks as part of day-to-day operations
- You will plan, coordinate, and organize appointments, meetings, and events—including preparation and follow-up
- Assisting with project coordination and ensure that schedules and deadlines are met
- Maintaining databases, create reports, and prepare evaluations and analyses
- You will assist with contract management and keep relevant documents up to date
- Working closely with the finance team and provide support in areas such as commercial matters, reviewing travel expenses, and fleet management
- Creating presentations and working documents and ensure professional documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- A successfully completed business apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in an administrative or business setting
- A structured, independent, and reliable work style, as well as strong organizational skills
- A willingness to take on responsibility and familiarize yourself with new topics and systems.
- Team spirit and strong communication skills—including within virtual and international teams.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
