Finance Analyst (m/f/d)

Position: Vollzeit, unbefristet, Frankfurt am Main.

Responsibilities

• Financial Business Partnering with partners and leading teams on Mandate investment, time recording, WIP monitoring, invoicing, and support for inquiries related to billing, budgets, forecasts, provisions, coordination with internal stakeholders and other finance teams at national and international levels.
• Support of accounts receivable.
• Analysis and inquiries on mandate- and client‑related financial matters, monitoring utilization.
• Support budgeting and forecasting; reporting and analysis to develop practice groups.
• Further development and standardisation of global processes, systems, tools, and templates.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed education or studies relevant to the tasks and relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, diplomatic skill, and service mindset.
• Knowledge of the legal market and its products and services, ideally also in a matrix structure.
• Very good German and English language skills in speaking and writing and ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
