We are seeking a talented Finance and Data Reporting Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our global energy operations. Based at our innovative headquarters in Hamburg, you'll contribute to shaping the future of the energy industry by ensuring robust and efficient financial reporting that underpins strategic decisions and sustainability goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our financial reporting processes, driving automation initiatives, and working closely with our Data & Analytics teams. Your expertise will help reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and deliver insightful analyses to support our global energy transition.

Required Skills:

• Several years of experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling, or FP&A
• Strong understanding of financial KPIs, closing processes, and reporting structures
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex models and Power Query
• Experience with reporting systems such as Tagetik or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks), SQL, and data modeling
• Proven ability to identify automation opportunities and improve reporting efficiency
• Fluency in German and English

Nice to Have Skills:

• Power BI experience
• Familiarity with forecasting and planning processes
• Exposure to other data platforms or automation tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields
• Several years of relevant professional experience in financial reporting or controlling
• Demonstrated success in improving reporting and automation processes
