Finance Assistant, Mandarin Speaking (Fully Remote)

• Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers with supporting documentation.
• Pull billing data from multiple systems and consolidate into organized spreadsheets.
• Check every billing file for formula accuracy and alignment with contract terms.

Qualifications:

• Highly intelligent, detail-obsessed, and comfortable being the final check before money moves.
• Confident working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel with experience in large data sets.

Working Conditions:

• This is a remote position requiring a reliable work-from-home setup.
• Must work UK hours (8:15–17:15).
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to business standard is required.
