Finance Business Partner (m/f/d)

In this role you partner with Pharma Operations and HR to shape strategic planning and performance management. You will translate financial data into actionable insights to drive value and challenge assumptions. You’ll help build a modern, data-driven FP&A function with advanced planning tools and AI-driven solutions. You work closely with senior leadership to influence strategic initiatives in a fast-growing international company. This is a hands-on role with high visibility and impact.

• Own planning, forecasting, and reporting for Pharma Operations and HR functions
• Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reporting, and HR reporting at group level
• Analyze financial performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive impact
• Improve forecasting accuracy, planning methodologies, and financial transparency
• Partner with Head of HR and Executive Director Pharma Operations to inform decisions
• Develop and support business cases for investments and growth initiatives
• Perform scenario modelling and financial impact assessments

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting
• 4–6 years of FP&A, business controlling, or financial analysis experience
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business case development
• Solid financial modelling skills
• Analytical, data-driven mindset
• Advanced Excel and tools such as Power Query/Power Pivot
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international teams
• Curious, proactive, and open to AI-driven solutions and automation
