As Finance Business Partner to the CIO and technology leadership, you will steer IT investment decisions with robust business cases, ensuring capital allocation delivers measurable value. You’ll drive cost transparency, IFRS-compliant reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to align tech initiatives with strategic priorities. This role sits at the nexus of financial planning and digital transformation, shaping data-driven IT strategy in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Act as strategic finance partner to CIO and technology leadership, guiding decision-making
• Provide financial guidance to shape IT strategy and enable data-driven decisions
• Co-develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks
• Lead and support development of robust business cases for high-impact initiatives
• Ensure capital is allocated to high value-creating opportunities
• Own technology cost and investment reporting across the function
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting
• Monitor budgets and investment performance balancing financial discipline with strategic flexibility

• 4–6 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or similar role
• Strong analytical capabilities with a business-oriented mindset
• Affinity with digital business models and/or experience in eCommerce environments
• Confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders across functions
• Proactive, curious, and driven to improve processes and challenge status quo
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Solid understanding of IFRS, particularly CapEx vs. OpEx distinctions
