Finance Director

As Finance Director for Littelfuse’s Semiconductor BU, you will shape financial strategy and lead a global finance organization to boost profitability and growth. You partner with the BU leadership to optimize product, customer, and channel profitability, costs, and investments while upgrading financial processes and systems. You’ll drive planning, reporting, and governance, and contribute to M&A activities. This role is a key driver of value creation in a multinational, publicly traded environment.

• Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned to business objectives
• Provide financial insights to decisions across profitability, cost optimization, and investment prioritization
• Lead evolution of the finance function, including org design, global reporting, controls, and ERP transformation
• Support M&A activities with due diligence, ROI analysis, and integration
• Deliver FP&A, reporting, and performance insights through executive dashboards and KPIs
• Lead and develop a global finance organization (FP&A, Commercial finance, Controllership, systems)
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting integrity
• Partner with Corporate Finance to strengthen global governance and promote transparency and accountability

• Proven finance leadership in a multinational, publicly traded company
• Strong background in manufacturing and operations finance
• Experience partnering with senior leaders (e.g., General Manager)
• Expertise in FP&A, reporting, GAAP compliance, and capital allocation
• Experience with financial systems and ERP environments
• M&A experience desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Semiconductor industry experience is a plus
