As we have closed the recruitment for the 2024 intake of our Finance Early Talent Leadership Development Program, we are inviting those graduating before September 2025 to pre-register for our next intake. Once we open the recruitment for it (around December 2024 - January 2025), we will notify everyone pre-registered via email.

Eaton’s Finance Early Talent Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity to kick‑start your international career. Through rotational assignments across various locations and business areas, you will develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.

What you’ll do

  • Program duration: Two years
  • Finance functions: internal audit; group compliance or technical reporting and analysis, manufacturing accounting & controlling in a plant with a strong focus on cost accounting; financial accounting or financial planning and analysis – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
  • Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
  • Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Controller, Finance Director)

Qualifications

  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting or finance area with a graduation date no later than August 2025
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 2 years of experience)
