MBA, Ph.D., Master’s in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent qualification, with a strong academic track record.
5‑10 years of relevant finance experience in industrial companies, including a minimum of 12 months international work experience.
Shown analytical strength and hands‑on experience in areas such as business planning, performance monitoring, financial modeling, data analytics, new business model development, business intelligence, and post‑merger reviews, with a focus on digital transformation.
Experience leading teams and driving complex, high‑impact projects, e.g. in transformational contexts.
Business proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
Flexibility and mobility within the program duration and beyond.
