Задачи

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities
• Act as a finance business partner to teams across voize
• Drive financial reporting and analysis
• Build models, dashboards, and decision-support tools for leadership and teams
• Own and improve operational finance processes, including preparatory accounting, invoice and expense workflows, reconciliations, payment processes, and month-end preparation
• Build and improve the Finance stack by connecting systems and data
• Automate recurring processes and use Spendesk, ERP/accounting systems, BI tools, and AI to reduce manual work
• Support international growth by working with external accounting partners across countries
• Work with different GAAPs, statutory requirements, and international finance operations

Требования

• 4–7 Years of hands‑on experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or a similar role
• Solid accounting knowledge and practical bookkeeping experience
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking
• Ability to understand financial drivers, challenge assumptions, and turn numbers into clear recommendations
• Strong systems mindset and ability to make finance processes simpler, more reliable, and scalable
• Hands‑on experience using AI and automation to redesign and improve Finance workflows
• Ability to identify high‑impact use cases and implement practical solutions independently
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/accounting systems and modern Finance tools
• High ownership and a builder mentality
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and communicate with stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Conversational German
• Nice to have: experience with Spendesk, BI/reporting tools, or workflow automation platforms
