Overview

Finance Manager - AI Roll-up (m/f/d) role at COTINGA Group. We are a fast-growing, AI-enabled platform in the Real Estate Services sector with a mission to build a national group of property management companies to jointly address the industry\'s major challenges. We fully integrate acquired companies into our systems and serve clients centrally through our operating platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with external tax advisors and accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial accounting
• Support monthly reporting and contribute to performance analysis
• Coordinate group-wide financial consolidation in close collaboration with our tax advisors
• Professionalize and streamline all accounting and group finance structures
• Support payroll processes and assist with HR-related topics
• Work closely with portfolio companies to implement cost-cutting initiatives and address financial inquiries
• Drive financial integration of newly acquired companies into the group structure

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or controlling – preferably in a dynamic environment such as a startup, accounting firm, private equity, or M&A setting
• Strong knowledge of HGB and national accounting standards
• Hands-on mentality with a structured, solution-oriented working style
• Confident communicator with a high level of ownership and reliability
• Proficiency in MS Office, DATEV, Personio
