We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a German industrial subsidiary. In this role, you will ensure financial soundness, compliance, and performance monitoring across the organization while supporting strategic and operational decision-making. You will lead a small finance team and act as the key interface between local operations, Group Finance, and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting – Ensure reliable statutory financial statements, prepare annual accounts, coordinate with auditors and tax advisors, and ensure compliance with local regulations and group standards.
Budgeting & Performance – Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor performance, analyze variances, and propose corrective measures in collaboration with operations.
Cash & Treasury – Oversee cash flow, anticipate financing needs, and prepare treasury reports in coordination with Group Finance.
Accounting & Operational Support – Manage fixed assets, oversee inventories, and ensure efficient processing of employee expenses while maintaining strong internal controls.
Compliance & Internal Controls – Deploy Group financial policies, strengthen control systems, and safeguard financial data integrity.
Team Leadership – Manage and develop a team of three finance professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary contact for auditors, banks, tax authorities, and public entities.
Systems & Tools – Ensure effective use of ERP systems (SAP, Texware) and support IT integration in finance processes.

Your Profile

Degree from a leading Business or Engineering School with a specialization in Corporate Finance
3–10 years of relevant experience in finance, ideally in the industrial or automotive sector
Proficiency in accounting, tax, controlling, and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience required) and financial tools
Fluent English; French is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of rigor and integrity
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
