• 6+ years in finance, controlling, commercial analysis, consulting, or transformation value management
• Advanced, audit-ready Excel financial modelling
• Proven executive reporting and scenario analysis in a complex organisation
• Ability to explain complex numbers simply to non-finance stakeholders
• Practical, responsible use of AI tools
• Fluent English
• Будет плюсом: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CFA; ERP, planning, or BI tool experience; background in large-scale technology or AI transformation
