Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes at a high level.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support corporate strategic initiatives.
• Oversee cash flow management, financial risk assessment, and investment strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
• Develop and refine financial models, reports, and KPIs for senior management.
• Spearhead internal and external audits, ensuring seamless financial transparency.
• Provide expert-level financial recommendations to drive business growth.
• Perform other executive financial tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, risk management, or investment analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, risk modeling, and global compliance regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and data analytics tools (SAP, QuickBooks, Tableau, or similar).
• Excellent English communication skills – reading, writing, and speaking at an advanced level.
• Superior analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
• High-level leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Technical Requirements

• USB headset with noise cancellation.
• Working webcam.
• Main computer (at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM) and backup computer.
• Main internet connection speed of at least 25 Mbps wire‑connected.
• Backup internet connection speed of at least 10 Mbps.
