Finance Specialist (Third-Party Contractor)

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

Support the management of sales expenses, administrative expenses, and marketing expenses of Huawei's business in Europe, including:
Analyze the execution of monthly expenses, review the execution progress of various expenses, identify business risks and issues in advance, and provide financial solutions and suggestions.
Analyze the deviation between the forecast and the actual accounting result, locate the reasons for the deviation, support the design of improvement solutions, and improve the forecast quality.
Regularly edit monthly and quarterly expense reports.
Cooperate with business controllers (BCs) to monitor expense compliance, such as SSE spot check and expense PR review etc.

Requirements:

Education background in bachelor's degree and above, major in Finance or relevant.
Professional knowledge and experience in financial management, planning, budgeting, forecasting.
Strong data analysis skills, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions. Be able to efficiently manage and analyze large amounts of data.
Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT), especially proficiency in advanced Excel features.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
Stakeholder management, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Effectively coordinate internal and external resources required by tasks.
Previous working experience at MNC is preferred.
