Overview

In this FP&A/Data & Analytics role, you will modernize DataGuard’s finance data landscape by reducing manual steps and strengthening system integrations. You’ll connect multiple finance tools to ensure reliable, scalable reporting and planning, enabling leadership with clear, decision-ready insights. You’ll own the logic linking accounting actuals, forecasts, and financial models to drive data-driven decisions. You’ll build automated processes and improve tooling to free the team for analysis and business impact, contributing to DataGuard’s growth and mission.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Reduce manual touchpoints in finance data and improve reporting/forecasting scalability
Integrate and source data across tools like Chargebee, Salesforce, DATEV, Xero, Fortnox and Agicap
Own the financial model logic linking actuals, management reporting and forecasting for consistent insights
Automate recurring processes (monthly reporting, cash forecasting, actuals consolidation, KPI monitoring)
Design and improve integrations, APIs and finance tooling to minimize manual exports and spreadsheet maintenance
Shape a finance function supported by smart systems enabling focus on insights and business impact

Zentrale Anforderungen

3+ years of FP&A or similar finance data role in SaaS or recurring-revenue business
Strong FP&A fundamentals including modelling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting
Hands-on experience with finance systems, integrations or automation workflows (APIs, AI-enabled workflows, ERP projects)
Builder mindset with curiosity about how finance, data and systems coordinate
Advanced Excel skills with large datasets, complex models and reporting structures
Fluent English; German is a plus
