Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Financial Analyst / Cost Engineer (m/f/d) in Manching.

Your Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and prepare Operational Planning, EAC, Forecast, End of Year Estimation and Budget
• Standardize monthly reporting, automate processes, improve co-pilot finance strategy and communication
• Act as focal point for internal finance requests, analysis, new way of working, and business needs
• Prepare information and advice for cost calculations in cooperation with the internal customers
• Assessment of risks and opportunities in costing followed by optimisation and presentation
• Maintain and share expertise and knowledge of the processes, methods, and industrial set-up
• Support continuous improvement of processes, tools and sustainability initiatives
• Develop and harmonize cost models, methods, tools and data analyses
• Support supplier negotiations and strategic make-or-buy / go-no-go decision
• Consolidate ED & FCAS industrial cost base, investments, risks & opportunities and audit activities
• Coordinate Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Procurement inputs for ED & FCAS work packages
• Operations Finance Focal point for ED/FCAS to Program Finance and Business

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical), Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Many years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance and Project Management
• Very good user skills in MS-Excel
• User skills in SAP S/4 Hana
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• German or Spanish skills are a plus
