Financial Analyst (m/f/d)

In this role you provide financial analysis and insight to International Area Commercial and Controlling teams, supporting HQ and regional finance activities. You will help deliver accurate reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc analyses that inform top-level decisions. The role collaborates closely with regional finance teams and senior HQ management to improve processes and financial systems. You’ll work on forecasting, KPI preparation, and SG&A consolidation to enable strategic planning and performance assessment. This is a chance to influence international finance operations within Abbott’s Diabetes Care business.

• Lead SG&A consolidation and analysis for international regions (~57 markets, ~$680M SG&A) using Dodeca and Excel
• Support strategic planning by preparing KPIs and summaries for LBE packs
• Forecast clinical trial sales (approx. $5–$10M) and support weekly forecasts and LBE cycles
• Enhance financial processes by streamlining LBE/MEC/Confirm deliverables and improving reporting systems

• Bachelor in Finance/Accounting
• ACCA, CPA, or CIMA membership
• 1–3 years of progressive finance/accounting/audit experience
• Understanding of the divisional financial process
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Strong system skills with multi-dimensional reporting systems (TM/1, Dodeca), SAP, HFM and Excel
• Fluent in English; second language a plus
