Financial Analyst - Production Controlling (m/f/d)

In this role you enable financial performance for Abbott Diagnostics Manufacturing by partnering with Operations and Finance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance reporting, standard costing, and capital investments. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for manufacturing operations
• Analyze performance, standard costs, and variances to provide actionable insights
• Partner with Operations on productivity, investment, and cost-improvement initiatives
• Support month-end close, reporting, and financial reviews
• Build business cases and financial models for strategic decisions and capital investments
• Drive process improvements through automation, standardization, and enhanced reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and accounting standards

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Several years of FP&A, Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including standard costing and variance analysis
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering
• Strong analytical and data-to-decision capabilities
• SAP and advanced Excel skills; BI or reporting tools are a plus
• Fluent German and English
