Financial Oversight Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for both recent graduates and early-career professionals with up to 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, business, controlling, project coordination, or a similar corporate environment. Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Meeting Coordination

• Organize bi‑weekly commercial meetings, prepare agendas, and share materials
• Take minutes and follow up on action points

Financial Tracking & Budget Oversight

• Support budget tracking and validation

Approval & Payment Processes

• Assist with approval checks for orders, change orders, and invoices
• Prepare weekly payment lists and coordinate internal alignment
• Review invoices and agreements, track open items and budget usage

Ad‑hoc Support

• Handle payment and budget queries
• Support financial analysis and cost breakdowns

Qualifications – What We Are Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience working with financial data, reporting, and budget tracking
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions
• Fluency in English German (as an advantage)
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a finance, controlling, accounting, or financial oversight role, preferably within an international corporate environment
• A hands‑on mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks in a dynamic environment
