Are you a Finnish speaker looking for a remote opportunity in Portugal ? We're hiring on behalf of our client for the support of the customers of the most iconic global tech brands - from the comfort of your home!

Location: Remote in Continental Portugal
Contract: Full-time (12-month with renewal)

Start dates: July 14, July 21, July 28

Your Responsibilities:

Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments).

Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).

Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely.

Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures.

Monitor and improve your own KPIs.

You have:

Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1).

Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently.

Previous experience in customer support is a plus.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Already located in Portugal OR willing to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help and housing allowance is offered by the hiring company)
