Join our network security team and take responsibility for protecting and evolving a global enterprise firewall landscape in a dynamic international environment.

Your responsibilities

• Administration and operation of enterprise firewall environments across global cloud, data center, and branch locations
• Planning, coordination, and execution of firewall rollouts, migrations, and lifecycle activities
• Ensuring compliance with defined SLAs, including response and resolution times during ticket handling
• Creation, implementation, and documentation of changes within the scope of the firewall service
• Development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and security documentation
• Configuration and implementation of firewall rules, NAT policies, and routing adjustments
• Regular review of existing firewall rule sets and execution of policy clean‑ups to ensure security and performance best practices
• Support in troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity and security‑related incidents
• Collaboration with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure stable and secure network operations
• Proven experience in administering enterprise firewall environments, ideally with Palo Alto Networks firewalls
• Strong networking knowledge, particularly in Internet technologies, routing protocols, IPv4, and IPv6
• Solid understanding of IT security principles, network security architectures, and best practices
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based service management processes is an advantage
• Structured, service‑oriented working style with a strong focus on quality and reliability
• Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders in a professional environment
• Fluent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
