Fleet Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and qualified professional to serve as a Dispatcher for Our Own Fleet (m/f/d) on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local and long-haul shipments using our own fleet. You will create, process, and review all order-related documents, monitor deadlines and transit times, and maintain direct communication with customers and drivers. In addition, your responsibilities will include invoicing and verifying incoming invoices.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Handling of local and long-distance shipments using our own fleet
• Preparation, editing, review, and distribution of all order-related documents
• Tracking Deadlines and Durations
• Communication with customers and drivers by phone and in writing
• Processing and Review of Incoming Invoices

• Experience in planning and managing local and long-distance shipments
• Knowledge of the processes within one9s own fleet
• Business acumen in billing and invoice verification
• Durability, flexibility, and reliable performance
• A strong focus on customer service and clear communication with drivers and clients

Your Profile

• Completed business training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital scheduling systems
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
• A sense of responsibility and a good understanding of logistics processes
