Fleet Management Associate (m/f/x)

Do you want to play an active role in shaping our success story? As a Fleet Management Associate (m/f/d) working full‑time at our headquarters in Saarbrücken, you’ll work with your team to oversee the ordering and management of our company vehicles and serve as the central point of contact for all matters concerning our company car drivers. You’ll independently handle invoice processing, coordinate orders and returns, schedule repair appointments, and assist with claims processing and tire management. In addition, you’ll actively contribute to sustainability projects and other strategic and operational issues related to our fleet.

Your profile:

• A successfully completed business apprenticeship or college degree
• Ideally, prior professional experience in fleet/claims management or a comparable industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent German and good English skills
• A confident, friendly, and service‑oriented demeanor
• An independent, proactive, and structured approach to work
