Fleet Management Associate (m/f/x)

As a Fleet Management Associate you will be responsible for ordering and managing company vehicles, acting as the main point of contact for all matters relating to our company car drivers, handling invoicing, coordinating orders and returns, scheduling workshop appointments and assisting with claims processing, reviewing existing contract terms with leasing partners and negotiating adjustments. You will also contribute to sustainability projects and other strategic and operational matters related to the fleet.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
• Ideally, previous professional experience in fleet management or a comparable sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent German and good English
• Confident, friendly and service‑oriented manner
• Independent, proactive and structured approach to work
