HOLY

Fleet Manager / part-time (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

About the Position

As our Fleet Manager, you will take ownership of HOLY’s vehicle fleet and ensure our Field Force and Sales teams can rely on well‑maintained, cost‑efficient, and fully operational vehicles every day. This part‑time role involves coordinating the full fleet lifecycle from procurement, leasing, branding, and handovers to accidents, repairs, insurance topics, fines, invoices, and vehicle returns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and service providers to keep all fleet‑related processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Fleet procurement & lifecycle management: Own end‑to‑end administration of the vehicle fleet, coordinate new vehicle orders, leasing contracts, handovers, returns, and end‑of‑life disposal. Ensure our Field Force and Sales teams always have reliable, well‑maintained, and cost‑efficient vehicles available when needed.
  • Vehicle branding & operational setup: Coordinate vehicle wrapping, branding, equipment, and setup in line with HOLY’s brand standards. Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every vehicle is ready for daily field operations.
  • Accident, insurance & repair management: Act as the first point of contact for accidents, damages, breakdowns, and insurance claims. Document incidents, coordinate repairs with workshops, and keep drivers and internal stakeholders informed throughout the process.
  • Cost, invoice & compliance tracking: Track fleet‑related costs, fines, invoices, and contracts. Identify opportunities to reduce costs while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Stakeholder & partner coordination: Serve as the central contact for Field Force, leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and other service providers. Build simple, reliable processes that make fleet‑related topics easy to manage for all stakeholders.

About You

  • Hands‑on and solution‑oriented: Comfortable taking ownership of operational problems directly and finding pragmatic solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail‑driven: Able to keep track of multiple vehicles, contracts, and open topics at the same time while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Cost‑conscious mindset: Actively look for ways to make fleet operations more efficient and cost‑effective.
  • Strong communicator in German and English: Communicate clearly in both languages.
  • Calm under pressure: Stay structured and reliable in urgent situations such as accidents, damages, breakdowns, or last‑minute operational changes.

Benefits

  • A successful and growing company with a clear growth trajectory.
  • Significant impact on HOLY’s internationalisation in a top market.
  • Collaborative team culture that values flat hierarchies and personal development.
  • Competitive compensation including a strong salary and meaningful equity.
  • Flexible working hours, 28 vacation days, 30 work‑from‑abroad days, €1,500 learning budget, Urban Sports Club membership, public transport subsidy, and biannual 360° feedback tied to compensation.
