Job Description

As a Data Entry Operator at Flipkart, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, updated, and secure data across internal systems. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth business operations and high data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across multiple systems
• Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Prepare, organize, and sort documents for data entry
• Maintain regular data backups and follow data security protocols
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve data accuracy and workflow
• Respond to data-related queries from different departments
• Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fast typing speed with excellent accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
• Familiarity with data entry tools and software
• Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is an added advantage

Working Hours

Full-time position

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Flexible hours may be required based on workload or projects
