In this role you lead and coordinate challenging projects in the industrial and plant engineering sector, guiding technical, commercial and organizational aspects. You will advise on complex Anlagen- und Industrieprojekte and ensure performance across all project phases. You’ll manage contracts, risks, schedules and costs while providing leadership and quality assurance for project teams. • Projektleitung und -steuerung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Industrie- und Anlagenbau
• Technische, wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Beratung in Anlagen- / Industrieprojekten
• Betreuung aller Handlungsbereiche und Leistungsstufen der Projektleitung und Projektsteuerung
• Vertrags- und Risikomanagement komplexer Bauprojekte sowie Steuerung von Termin- und Kostencontrolling
• Fachliche Führung und Qualitätssicherung der Projektteams

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom oder Master) mit technischer Fachrichtung und kaufmännischem Verständnis
• Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Projektleitung/ -steuerung oder Abwicklung/Koordination im Anlagen- und Industrieumfeld
• Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
• Gute Kenntnisse in Baurecht, HOAI und VOB
• Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, MS Project/Oracle Primavera von Vorteil)
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denken sowie Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
