Foreign Lawyer (m/f/d) Private Equity / VC Funds – Munich

In this role you will join Clifford Chance’s Munich Private Equity team to advise on closed-ended PE and VC funds, fundraisings, and related structures. You will work with leading domestic and global funds and conduct fund due diligence. The position combines cross-border, international work with strong training and development opportunities. You will contribute to a market-leading practice in a collaborative, international environment.

• Advise on international fundraisings and strategies for PE/VC funds
• Represent investors in fund due diligence analyses
• Advise on carried interest and other incentivisation structures

• Qualified associate (German, UK, US or international equivalent)
