Foreign Military Sales Analyst

As a Foreign Military Sales Analyst, you will transform complex policy and program data into actionable guidance for defense partnerships. You will coordinate with stakeholders to manage FMS cases, forecast demand, and drive process improvements within a regulatory framework. Your work supports interagency collaboration, program management, and logistics to enable secure, compliant international defense cooperation. You will stay current on evolving policies and directives while delivering clear, senior-ready analyses and briefings.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support case management and execution
• Develop and refine FMS forecasts and analytics to improve processes
• Ensure understanding and compliance with policy and regulations governing FMS
• Support program management, planning, logistics, and administrative needs
• Coordinate interagency activities and stay updated on new policies affecting FMS

• 5+ years of experience on U.S. Government FMS programs in a relevant environment
• Experience with security cooperation topics: ITAR, defense exports, end-use monitoring, technology transfer, and related areas
• Secret clearance
• Educational pathways: HS diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience, Bachelor’s with 6+ years, or Master’s with 3+ years in Security Cooperation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex policy and program information for senior leader consumption
